3rd and 4th Year business undergraduates specializing in Human Resources from the University of Toronto will work in teams of 3-4 students to make virtual synchronous team presentations. Students will conduct qualitative (e.g., job evaluation, benefits, aligning new job descriptions into the existing compensation structure) and/or quantitative analyses (e.g., statistical analyses on pay data for market pay analyses or company's internal equity analyses) using industry data along with data provided by your organization.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

Do a 15 min live (virtual/in person) group presentation with a slide deck and speaking notes for the employer (who can attend presentations in person/virtually). Employer needs to ask questions or provide feedback for every team.
