- Mission and vision (based on the business owner's or executives' provision).
- Situational and environmental analysis.
- Marketing strategy covers Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) and marketing mix Product, Price, Place, and Promotion 4P.
- Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plan.
- Marketing plan performance evaluation matrix.
