The student is intelligent but does have a belief that he can take on more projects without adjusting his time priorities. I would recommend that learn to prioritize and then subtract what is not possible.

The student was interested in the project and initially had a positive attitude. Unfortunately, they did not prioritize the internship due to previous commitments with assignments and extracurricular activities. I would suggest encouraging a deeper practical commitment to the next internship by allocating appropriate time and completing assigned tasks based on feedback and quality work. The great thing about a student is that they are fully capable of achieving anything once they put their mind to it.
