Steve has been very supportive of expanding our knowledge from his technical domain of expertise. As a primarily front end developer, there was a huge learning curve for me working with backend functionality, set up, and design, but Steve consistently encouraged the team to ask questions and broaden our skillset. I am now much more familiar with running PostgreSQL, using Flask to run local applications, and working with Github in a team environment.
