I'd recommend the company scale back on the number of interns hired during a given period. As there were so many interns working, we'd often go weeks without having any tasks to do, despite follow up via whatsapp, email, text message and so on. It came across as very disorganized. Communication and team meetings were blanket across all the interns, there was no personalized feedback so you'd have no idea if you were improving or not. The only upside was that the employer was friendly and didn't give anyone a hard time.
