This project aims to improve pharmacy operations through educational webinars, resource templates, and digital workflows. Students will collaborate with a technology partner to design streamlined processes and develop programs that enhance patient care. They will support administrative tasks, create operational frameworks, and produce documentation. Additionally, students will engage in leadership initiatives, conducting research, mining data and offering recommendations to strengthen marketing and patient care. This project provides a practical opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges in pharmacy.
Students will deliver a series of educational webinars and training materials aimed at enhancing pharmacy operations. They will create resource templates and process documentation to support streamlined workflows. Additionally, students will design digital workflows in collaboration with a technology partner, ensuring efficient access to tools for pharmacists. The project will also include data-driven insights to inform program development and recommendations for leadership initiatives focused on marketing and patient care improvements.
