social media strategic planning social media engagement user experience (ux) design social media integration information sharing play therapy user experience (ux) digital marketing web developmentKids at Play Therapy aims to enhance its online presence by improving its website and integrating social media platforms to foster client/ community engagement and promote interaction with its services. The current website lacks seamless social media integration, form use and blog updates, which limits the company's ability to connect with its audience and share valuable content effectively. The project involves analyzing the existing website structure, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance user experience and social media connectivity. The project seeks to improve accessibility for information sharing with families to increase engagement in parent learning. By optimizing these digital channels, Kids at Play Therapy seeks to increase its reach, engage with the community more effectively, and ultimately expand its client base. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in web development, digital marketing, and user experience design.
The project deliverables include a comprehensive report detailing the current website's strengths and weaknesses, a redesigned website layout with improved social media integration, blog updates and a strategic plan for ongoing social media engagement and interaction with clients. Additionally, learners will create a set of guidelines for maintaining and updating the website and social media platforms to ensure continued effectiveness. These deliverables will help Kids at Play Therapy achieve a more cohesive and engaging online presence.
Scheduled check-ins to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.
