- Establish a secure and user-friendly platform for one-on-one coaching sessions
- Develop a membership program with a tiered system
- Set up a donation platform and establish criteria for awarding grants
- Assemble a team for web design, video editing, social media management, and PR
- Plan and execute a phased launch strategy
- Foster a supportive online community and collect user feedback for continuous improvement
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data for measuring success
