This project provides learners with the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, select appropriate analytics, automation, and CRM tools, and implement these solutions to align with the company's business objectives. The project focuses on optimizing processes, improving data-driven decision-making, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Learners will gain practical experience in tool evaluation, configuration, and integration, while also developing skills in data analysis and workflow automation. Employee Management System (HR Application) for Wouessi Digital

Welcome to Wouessi Digital ! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented students to contribute to our innovative project, Employee Management System (HR Application) Enhancement .  Main Goal:   The primary objective of this project is to accelerate the development and enhancement of our Employee Management System (HR Application). Students will contribute to refining and extending functionalities, such as payroll management, employee timesheets, leave tracking, and onboarding workflows. We aim to improve operational efficiency, optimize the user experience, and ensure the scalability of the system. This project is designed to be manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks.  Project Scope and Expectations:   During this project, students will focus on extending and improving the following key features of the Employee Management System :  Enhancing Employee Management:   Improve the UI and add advanced features such as search filters and better employee data organization.  Collaborate with the team to integrate employee records with other HR modules.  Optimizing Payroll Management:   Work on automating payroll calculations, deductions, taxes, and reporting.  Integrate payroll with timesheet and leave data for seamless pay processing.  Leave Management and Employee Timesheets:   Develop enhanced leave request workflows with manager approvals.  Extend timesheet features to include detailed task logging and integration with payroll. 

Strategic Partnership Development with Awarded Tender Companies through Market Analysis

Wouessi Inc. aims to expand its collaborative network by identifying potential partners who have successfully secured government tenders in Canada. The project involves conducting comprehensive market research and competitive analysis in sectors such as IT, Custom software and Website development, website maintanance and AI Solutions. The goal is to understand the competitive landscape and identify key players who have a proven track record in securing government contracts. By analyzing these companies, Wouessi Inc. seeks to develop a data-driven strategy to approach these successful entities for future collaborations. This project will allow learners to apply their classroom knowledge in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning, providing them with practical experience in developing partnership strategies. Why It Matters:   As an emerging company, Wouessi faces challenges in securing tenders due to limited experience. However, by understanding the market landscape and forming partnerships with experienced tender awardees, Wouessi can build capacity, strengthen its tender submissions, and enhance its chances of success.
