Project Summary: 


Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Lane College to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the experience of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools.


Learners in this program/experience will: 


1. Learn practical use of audio studio set up and use.

2. Acquire the basic skills of using podcasting for strategic communication within an

organization.

3. Create original programming for recording and distribution of the recorded program

4. Learn how to create digital media platforms for distribution of podcasts.

5. Become familiar with the use of digital media in real world business operations


What can our learners do for your company?


Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to create, record and publish audio material in service of your business' marketing or communications needs

  2. Advice on best streaming platforms to use for marketing needs

Requirements

Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to: 


1. Create scripts for audio production.

2. Analyze the audience: who is listening, when, where and for how long.

3. How to set up the audio distribution page for marketing for digital media distribution.

4.How to upload audio files to digital platform.
