Seymour Hagans received a Graduate Certification in Educational Instructional Design on October 31, 2020. Articulate/Storyline360, Camtasia, ADDIE, and Adobe Suite are all new skills she has developed to use in the area of eLearning. Now attending Liberty University pursuing an Executive Certification in Educational Instruction Design. She is also a publicist, mass communications professor, Manager of WLCD FM 98.7 broadcast station, creator of Lane College Internet Radio Station, Founder of Un/Signed Artist Mix, Urban Tennessee, and Black Clarksville on Facebook. She specializes in the development, implementation, and improvement of new structures, processes, and evaluation methodologies and metrics to maintain efficient and effective public relations communication in business operations.

Graduating from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and Organization Development. She completed her post-graduate studies in Public Relations and New Media Communication at Full Sail University which complements her Associate of Arts Degree in Broadcasting Communication.

Seymour Hagans has also created music for plays for C-Town Performing Arts Network in Cleveland, Ohio, and surrounding theater projects. She provided research and social media strategy for the Merriel Bullock-Neal for Judge campaign in Clarksville, Tennessee.

After working diligently in radio, internet radio, production, sound engineering, television, and community projects, she is currently the General Manager of WLCD FM at Lane College. Seymour Hagans is also contributing her skills as a mass communication professor at the prestigious institute.
