In this course, students in the New York Institute of Technology cybersecurity program will work with your organization to solve a problem or opportunity of your choosing related to cybersecurity. While cybersecurity projects are preferred, projects from all areas of Information Technology will be considered.

This experience is designed to bridge the gap between academic understanding and practical application of consumer behavior theories in marketing. Learners will leverage insights from psychology, sociology, anthropology, and economics to conduct comprehensive consumer research. They will analyze data to identify consumer attitudes and preferences, and develop strategic marketing recommendations. Under the guidance of a faculty advisor, students will act as a small-group consulting team, applying their classroom knowledge to real-world projects. They will engage in data collection and analysis, explore alternative solutions, and provide actionable recommendations. This experience allows learners to develop critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, making them valuable contributors to industry projects.
