Jackie was very good at being creative and coming up with great ideas on how to build the project needs. He did very well working with his team mates that were also tasked with the same project section. He was great at coming to leadership when things were not clear, could have done a little better with following instructions and response times. Has an very good level of coding skill, and can describe situations very well in meetings. Keep working on your skills. Your attitude is great and your willingness to get better is good.
