Additionally, the project includes administrative support and event planning tasks, such as securing sponsorships and designing event challenges. The marketing strategy will focus on recruiting participants for the Amazing Race and raising awareness about the club's activities, aiming to attract a diverse group of participants and supporters.

Social Media Content Creation and Scheduling
CAYOP Inc. is seeking a team of learners to enhance their social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content. The project aims to provide students with hands-on experience in content creation and social media management using CAYOP Inc.'s automated posting software. Students will be tasked with developing creative and relevant content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing goals. This project offers an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies in a practical setting. Students will also gain experience with no-code automated workflows and AI integration, which are increasingly important skills in the digital marketing industry. The project is designed to be completed within 80 hours and is suitable for students in marketing or communications programs.

Digital Marketing for Summer Programs
Welcome to While She is True! We are seeking enthusiastic students to support our digital marketing efforts for our summer programs. Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to document and promote the activities of our six-week all-girls summer coding camps (July-August) and our community hackathons in Winnipeg, using engaging digital content to increase visibility, inspire participation, and support future outreach. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Collaborate virtually with the lead coordinator to implement a content-driven digital marketing plan. Use provided photos, videos, and updates from on-site staff to develop real-time digital content. Create engaging social media posts including reels, carousels, posters, and short videos. Maintain a content calendar with scheduled posts throughout July and August. Design templates for spotlights, stories, and recap features. Contribute to email newsletters and wrap-up reports for families, funders, and partners. Support promotions for the hackathon events and future program recruitment.
