Creating new pages for the website, with our assistance in providing the content. Reviewing and updating old web pages to ensure consistency of information. Hosting our website Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending potential upgrades or features that can be included in the website

Digital Marketing

SNS is actively seeking collaboration with students to enhance and promote our extensive range of products online. We've crafted a series of marketing strategies, though their execution has presented some challenges. For students interested in this partnership, the role will encompass a variety of tasks: Gaining an in-depth understanding of our target audience, as well as our diverse products and services. Engaging in the critique and assessment of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and brochures. Implementing these materials in line with our social media schedule to boost traffic to our website. Maintaining and updating our social media platforms regularly. Additionally, there's an opportunity for students to provide further value by: Proposing effective search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to ensure our content is highly visible and easily discoverable.

Feature Integration in Rental Platform

Hi!  We are actively looking for motivated and talented students to join us as Developer intern(s) for our new mobile app , scheduled to launch to iOS and Android this year. This role will offer an exciting chance for a team of students to get their hands dirty with mobile app development and build skills for a career in software engineering. As an intern(s), you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world project that we are actively looking to launch! This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Grant Writing

Our organization is interested in addressing physical issues and supporting local communities. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to find and complete grant applications. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our vision statement and a project we have defined. Developing a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identifying potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Improving the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Identifying new opportunities for community projects.

Research & Writer/Journalist for Local Media Company

Research and write 4 to 5 stories based on assigned topics during the project Work with the publisher and director to research and create content for Spinning Forward's online presence (website, newsletter, and social media)   Attend a weekly meeting with the team to give updates on your progress Research assign topics for stories and organize information with headings and sections. Research local experts and find contact information that we may interview in the Toronto region   Produce at least 4 or 5 stories during the project by following good time management skills and deadlines  Research and monitor content creators and influencers on social media in the Toronto region.
