Home Care Administrative Efficiency Enhancement
KRS Home Care Inc. wants to improve how it handles admin tasks to better support its housekeepers and staff. Right now, scheduling, timesheets, and invoices are done manually, which takes time and leads to mistakes. This project focuses on designing a simple, user-friendly system to automate those tasks. By applying classroom knowledge in systems design and process improvement, learners will create a prototype that boosts efficiency, cuts down errors, and lets staff focus more on client care.

Digital Marketing Strategy for KRS Home Care Inc.
KRS Home Care Inc. is seeking to enhance its digital presence to better reach potential clients and their families. The company currently relies on traditional marketing methods and wishes to transition to a more robust digital marketing strategy. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with KRS Home Care's mission and values. This project will involve analyzing current market trends, identifying target demographics, and recommending digital marketing channels that can effectively engage the audience. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of marketing principles, digital tools, and analytics to create a strategy that is both innovative and practical. The project will focus on creating a cohesive plan that includes social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand awareness and client engagement.

Web Application Development Project
Problem: The clients are always changing their schedules with the Personal Support Worker (PSW) or vice versa, we are not always informed, which creates a constant need to be updated to keep up with the appointments that are scheduled and kept, or scheduled then rescheduled. We are looking to build a software application where calendars are updated daily that allows us to schedule multiple events over the same time Frame (multiple schedules, one for each client) containing their schedule details, PSW details and referral source. Outcome: We need to connect our cell phones to the company hotline , to direct our daily calls with clients and or employees as well as Email Our PSW’S need to check in, with their GPS location and client name to confirm their appointment has begun To enhance the transfer of documents from PSW’s to company data base including timesheets, legal documents and files We would like to replicate the Skip The Dishes or Uber Eats app using geolocation
