New Instance Configuration Set up the new Zoho instance under the CFAB Global account. Configure modules, fields, and workflows in CRM to match business needs. Set up custom templates, tax configurations, and payment settings in Zoho Books. Data Migration Export data from the existing Zoho CRM and Books instances. Perform data transformation and mapping to match the structure of the new instance. Import data into the new instance, verifying accuracy and completeness. Integration and Testing Re-establish integrations with third-party tools (e.g., email, analytics, payment gateways). Conduct system testing to verify CRM workflows, financial reporting, and integrations. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) with CFAB Global stakeholders. Training and Change Management Provide training for CFAB Global’s staff on the new system features and workflows. Develop user guides and FAQs tailored to CFAB Global's operational needs.
